Equality is important. The United Nations state that sustainable development cannot be achieved if there is inequality in any part of the population. Gaps between genders can slow down the social and economic development, increase poverty, crime rates, and health risks, and contribute to environmental degradation.
The first time artificial intelligence emerged was in the 1950s when Alan Turing wondered would it be possible for the machines to think. Turing developed a test where the same questions are asked to both human and the computer, while the interrogator needs to decide which answers belong to a computer, and which to the human.
